We learnt about the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and found out why lots of children are currently out of school. We made rucksacks and invited our MP, Sir Paul Beresford, into assembly. Our Year 6 s led an introductory assembly and the assembly on 1st July. They questioned our MP about his commitment to the Global Goal of ensuring all children receive an education by 2030.
