Our Year 7 Cohort produced back packs with their messages on. They really enjoyed the activity and had loads of fun!

Our Year 8’s and 9’s also wrote persuasive letters to David Cameron explaining why this was an important issue.

Catherine West our local MP came in and met each of our Your 7 tutor classes and spoke to them about the plight of refugees and what parliamentarians have been discussing. She took questions from many of our students and spent time answering. She was great!

We then took some photographs and we presented our messages to her which she will then raise with David Cameron.
