A number of classes in the school created 2D and 3D world leaders, and a Year 5 class developed their persuasive letter writing and argument writing skills further.
On Friday 12 June, the local MP Derek Twigg went into school as the class delivered an assembly on Send my Friend to School.
He spoke to the school about his role, and why he was happy to get involved and support the campaign. He collected the box and agreed to deliver it to David Cameron on behalf of pupils.
