Thanks for speaking up for education in 2014

Today, on Human Rights Day, global education ambassadors Malala Yousafzai and Kailash Sathyarti, founder of the  Global Campaign for Education, will be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize at a ceremony in Norway.

In celebration, at Send My Friend to School we want to thank everyone who spoke up for the right to education for all children in 2014, and helped make it another amazing year for the campaign.

This year, over 4300 schools and half a million children participated, reaching over 99% of MPs with your messages. Not only that, but our government pledged £300 million so that more children can go to school. Have a look at our film and infographic highlighting our successes.
