Students from St Christopher School met their local MP, Oliver Heald, as part of Send My Friend.
120 students took part in activities as part of the campaign. An assembly was held, and each class then did their own activities and made colourful buddies. The following week, their local MP visited the school and was presented with the buddies. He then had a question and answer session with the Year 6 children on the issues.
Send My Friend to School brings together thousands of children across the UK to speak up for the right to education.
