Emscote pupils all signed a 1GOAL scarf from the whole school.
The pupils all wanted to help the children ‘go to school’ and wrote their names on the back of the scarf – no mean feat for some Reception children! Even now, they remember that 72 million children still ‘don’t go to school’.
The grand finale was the mini tournament on Friday, which our local MP, Chris White attended. The photograph shows some of the children who participated in 1GOAL, with Headteacher Debi Cossins, and Chris White, MP for Warwick and Leamington.
