Whitehall Juniors delivered their messages in person to 10 Downing Street.

Valerie Vaz, MP for Walsall South, extended a special opportunity to Whitehall Junior School to deliver personally the petition ‘Go For Gold’ to No 10 Downing Street on Wednesday 18 July.

Everyone on the day thoroughly enjoyed the experience and hoped it would make a difference.

Our handover coincided with the public announcement that the UN had appointed Gordon Brown as Special Envoy for Global Education. We took the opportunity to pass on a letter of support to Gordon Brown and to congratulate him on his appointment.
